In many of our partner countries, hours of congestion in large cities are on the agenda. Whether in Istanbul, Beirut, Tunis or Cairo, old cars are lined up here for the rush hour. Especially for the latter, there is often a lack of well-qualified specialists who can maintain and repair new vehicle models. Training in the motor vehicle sector must therefore be modern and practice-oriented in order to train a new generation of competent motor vehicle mechatronics technicians in accordance with current standards. To this end, GPP initiated the first modular training course for automotive mechatronics technicians in the Middle East as part of the Federal Foreign Office's transformation partnership with Mercedes Benz Egypt, Daimler Benz Stuttgart and AHK Egypt.
